2024 Kari Foundation Ella 7s

The 2024 Kari Foundation Ella 7s, held on March 2nd at Tuggerah Sports Precinct, once again proved to be a resounding success. This year, the Youth Tournament received direct support from The Rugby Club Foundation, featuring both boys' and girls' teams in the U16 and U14 age categories. This segment of the tournament is crucial as it paves the way for Indigenous youth to engage in rugby, while also providing them with the opportunity to emulate the first nations role model players who took part in the event.

The event brought together over 1000 Indigenous rugby players, with some making the journey from as far as Perth and the Northern Territory. The day not only fosters important partnerships with organisations such as Quitline and Aboriginal Affairs NSW but also enjoys support from outstanding corporate partners like Kari Foundation, BY Group, and Westpac.
