30 Years of Wallaroos

On Saturday 11 May 2024, The Rugby Club Foundation partnered with the Classic Wallabies and Classic Wallaroos in hosting a function at Rugby Australia House celebrating 30 years of Wallaroos Rugby (1994 – 2024).

This well attended reunion of Wallaroos players, coaches and officials provided each of them with the opportunity to proudly recall and celebrate their exploits as representatives of Australian Rugby.

The Wallaroos, together with Foundation Members and their guests, were also able to view an excellent exhibition of Wallaroos memorabilia comprising playing kit, photographs, bios, and other archived material illustrating the history of the Wallaroos.

In furtherance of its vision of ‘Sharing the Spirit of the Game’, The Rugby Club Foundation is proud to have played a role in this extremely successful celebration of the rich history of the Wallaroos.
